06 Jul 2008:	Michelle's most recent movie to be released is The Circuit, an ABC Family channel movie that will be airing on Sunday June 8, 2008. The Circuit's movie premiere on ABC Family is certainly an event you do not want to miss if you are a big fan of Michelle. The Circuit is about a young girl named Kylie Shrines, who is a race car driver. A young and beautiful female race car driver is surely a rare find. However Michell's character Kyle Shrines is not all about roses and sunshine. The Circuit seems to be aimed towards young girls between the ages of 7-12. Michelle's character Kylie wants to prove that she is a great race car driver that can make it in the big leagues. Kylie Shrines does not want to be just a cute poster girl.
21 Mar 2008:	The cast of U.S. TV show Buffy The Vampire Slayer reunited for a panel discussion at Los Angeles' William S. Paley Television Festival on Thursday night. Sarah Michelle Gellar, Amber Benson, Nicholas Brendon, Charisma Carpenter, Emma Caulfield, Seth Green, James Marsters and Michelle Trachtenberg got together with the show's creator Joss Whedon to reminisce about the supernatural program, which ran from 1997 to 2003. Gellar recalled the moment she landed the lead role on the show, which was a spin-off of a 1992 movie also called Buffy The Vampire Slayer. She said, "All my friends felt sorry for me because I was... on a network (The WB) no one had heard of and on a show based on a movie that wasn't all that." - source: wenn.com
20 Mar 2008:	Michelle Trachtenberg is joining the "Gossip Girl" cast. She will play Georgina Sparks, and will appear in several episodes on the hit CW series. The 22-year-old actress will be playing a snarky role.
02 Jan 2008:	Michelle Trachtenberg and Melora Hardin have signed on to join Zac Efron in New Line's upcoming teen comedy 17. The film will also feature Matthew Perry as a grown-up version of Efron with Leslie Mann set to play his wife. The film follows a middle-age father who wakes to discover he is 17 again, and enrolls in the same high school as his kids. Trachtenberg will handle the role of Efron/Perry's daughter and Hardin will play the school's principal.
